Atmosphere:
     In the heart of Pittsburgh's "South Side," Shootz Cafe, accomodates many needs.  When you walk through the door, you will notice our full-bar that has a large selection of local and national beers with over 10 beers on tap.  You can sit back and relax on our comfortable couches and lush chairs that surround the room, as well as enjoy a fire on a cold winter day.  Our main attraction is that we have 15 pool tables that are available on an hourly basis and welcome pool players of all levels.  Televisions are constantly showing the latest sports news to keep fans of all sports informed.Straight ahead is a large stage with a retro mural behind it to accomodate Open mic tuesday, Karaoke Thursday, and D.J. and dancing.,Friday, Saturday, and Sundays.

        We are proud that radio personality Grimm in the afternoon has chosen Shootz to be his home to D.J. every Saturday night, and what a party that is!There's plenty of room to dance  and breath and enjoy yourself.

          Also,every Friday Happy Hour between 5-9pm, we offer a free buffet and great drink specials.

After expanding his popular Mallorca restaurant to such markets as Cleveland, Cincinnati and Philadelphia in recent years, restaurateur Antonio Pereira is working on an expansion plan with a much shorter commute.
