Every special event deserves great food and drinks. Shootz cafe & Billarsd has obtained a will deserved reputation for outstanding food: under new ownership it has gotten better. Our buffet menus are freshly made to order by our kitchen team.

OPEN BAR SERVICE
Charges based on consumption, with gratuity addes to the tab total.
DRINK TICKET SERVICE
Each guest receives a predetermined number of tickets, charges based on the drink price: with no charge to unused tickets. Gratuity added to the tab total.
WINE SERVICE
Compliment your party with good food, and good wine, ask for the wine selection.
CASH BAR AND NONALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE SERVICE
Guests are responsible for their own beverage purchased.

SALAD: Caesar salad, potato salad, past salad, tossed salad $2.75 per person
CHEESE: Assorted chess & craker tray. $2.95 per person
VEGGIES: Assorted vegetable tray & dip $2.95 per person
CHIPS & Sasa / queso $1.95 per person
SHRIMP: Chilled shrimp cocktail, served with mexican style sauce, or cocktail sauce. $6.50 per person

Each buffet listed (1 to 4) caters to 20 people or more: Prices differ for each buffet individually and are determined by the number of people attending. Buffet 5 & 6 caters to 25 people pr more. A la carte platters and desserts are also avail for an additional cost.
Each of these buffets include your choice or now starch , one vegetable and two salads.
